Pure Water
Tap water is usually filled with parasites all around the world. This makes it water that is not really safe to drink. In most situations chlorine will be included in order to destroy bacteria but this is one substance that can have bad effects on us. The real problem with chlorine is the fact that it can eventually cause heart diseases. The good news is that only few people are affected by this fact. On the other hand, it is always better to be safe rather than sorry. This means that pure water should be something we are looking for constantly.
In most situations we will get pure water through bottled water. There are basically 2 types of pure bottled water: distilled water and spring water. Although spring water is considered any type of water that will not have side effects when you drink it (this theoretically includes tap water), in practice bottled spring water is very safe. Distilled water is water that was evaporated and then condensed. This basically leaves out impurities and the water is 100% pure. In most situations distilled pure water is used when doing chemical experiments. This is because any extra compound like minerals can affect the quality of reactions. Most labs will use pure water that is triple distilled.
We do not drink water in order to take in minerals. Needless to say that we also do not want extra organic minerals! Organic minerals have to come in from what we eat. The problem is that even water filters can leave a lot of impurities. This includes several minerals including sodium and basically everything that will dissolve in water. Filtered water is sometimes a problem and we need to understand that it is not pure water. Whenever you are doing chemical reactions you can not use filtered water, tap water or spring water.
The real problem stands in the fact that pure water is not at all something that we would enjoy drinking. We are talking about water that basically has no taste. The minerals you find in water are what give it its taste. So the best solution possible would be to drink water that is as pure as possible while not being damaging to our body. We recommend that you mostly consider bottled water that comes from the best possible sources. Tap water can also be good if it is run through good filters.
