Vitamins Recommended for Hair Loss

Our bodies are very complex and they simply can not work without a good supply of food. This is needed as food contains nutrients that are required for growth, repair, energy, movement, hair growth and so on. We can notice 6 basic types of nutrients and 2 basic non nutrients that are found in food. The 6 nutrients are: minerals, vitamins, trace elements, protein, carbohydrates and fat. The 2 non nutrients are water and fiber. Most foods do contain several nutrients and this is why it is highly possible that we can achieve the healthy diet needed for our bodies to work properly. On the topic of hair loss, we need to know that it can happen due to numerous factors. The one factor that is usually avoided or people do not tend to realize its importance stands in a healthy diet. There are numerous minerals and vitamins have an impact on our hair quality and growth. Failure to give our hair the needed vitamins and minerals for longer periods of time will lead to hair loss and it can be irreversible in some circumstances. We need to avoid this and that is why there are some vitamins that are recommended for hair loss and reversing the symptoms if we are only dealing with nutrition based hair loss.

You will need to make sure that you have the following recommended vitamins in your diet in proper quantities if you plan on having healthy hair and avoiding hair loss together with similar problems. First off, what is commonly known as PABA, we have Para-Aminobenzoic Acid. This is the vitamin that is less known out of the B Complex Vitamins and is very important in eliminating the possibility to develop grey hair. We mentioned it first because grey hair that is not caused by aging can be a sign that you are not getting enough B vitamins in your system, thus leading to the possibility of hair loss. Another B Vitamin that is highly important is Inositol. Any diet that lacks it will produce baldness with time but research showed that once you included it back in your diet hair starts to grow back. Vitamin H (or Biotin) is another B complex vitamin that has been proven to be highly important in hair growth and preventing excessive hair loss. Biotin metabolizes fatty acids and they are an important component in many body processes including hair related.

As you can see, B complex vitamins are recommended for hair loss problems but you must also add others to the mix. Vitamin E for starters has been proven to reverse the process of nutrition caused hair loss. Include Vitamin A because deficiency causes rough skin and dry hair but be careful as overdoses can also lead to hair loss.

If you want to supplement your regular diet in order to have all the needed minerals and vitamins for hair loss we recommend that you take a product that is B Complex based with additions of Vitamin A, Vitamin E and various other minerals including Zinc.
