Vitamins for Promoting Hair Growth

The first thing that needs to be known is that hair growth is much more powerful in the first 30 to 40 years of one’s life and will be much slower after that. Many people will agree to the fact that hair growth is hard to be ensured but it can be done through a simple understanding of the process. You basically need a good and balanced diet. The result will be a promotion of hair growth. The speed at which your hair grows is directly affected by a number of factors including stress, illnesses, neglect or weather. Also, if your hair is thin and brittle you will also notice that it will take a longer time for it to grow because hair is not healthy. This brings us to the best possible way to insure good hair growth: providing your body with the needed nutrients it needs through food intake.

Out of all the nutrients needed vitamins are the most important for promoting hair growth. The ones that you particularly must pay attention to are: Vitamin A (Aids in the production of sebum in the scalp), vitamin E (a crucial vitamin that improves scalp circulation), vitamin C (a good antioxidant), Biotin (in order to produce Keratin), Niacin (also promoting scalp circulation), Inositol (aids in keeping hair follicles in perfect health), pantothenic acid, Para-Aminobenzoic acid, Vitamn B6 and Vitamin B12. As already mentioned, you need a healthy diet in order to take in all these vitamins in your body. You will have to eat vegetables, some fruits, whole grain, some dairy products and meat products that do contain them.

The problem in vitamins for promoting hair growth stands in one simple factor: our daily diets are usually not good and we do not get enough nutrients. This can easily be solved with the help of good vitamins in either pill or liquid form. It is recommended that the multivitamin supplement chosen contains or is based on B complex vitamins and you should never neglect the other vitamins, especially Vitamin E. You can easily realize that vitamins are needed to promote hair growth because almost all hair products out there are advertised as containing some vitamins in order to obtain good hair growth. The problem is that taking regular dietary supplements and reaching the needed quantity for nutrients is far better when promoting hair growth when compared to most of the products on the market. Unless we are dealing with a medical condition, you must realize that your hair will be at its best quality and grow as it should if you eat a proper diet and supplement the needed vitamins, minerals and other nutrients with dietary supplements that contain them.

There are a lot of products that are useful and you will notice that they are also available for purchase on the Internet. What you need to do is realize which product is better in your case and this is done through a simple research and some math that tells you how much regular nutrients intake you have on a daily basis.
