Women sex drive can disappear at times and there are a lot of possible reasons for that including stress, hormones, sexual familiarity, sexual boredom, tiredness, children, illness, alcohol abuse, too much food, some drugs and the list can go on. Although vitamins for women sex drive are highly important, we need to talk about two important minerals first. These are zinc and magnesium. Zinc is important as it supports adrenal activity and this combats the effect stress has on the woman’s body. Stress is one of the biggest reasons why a woman does not have sex drive. If they have healthy adrenals then there will be more energy and zinc can increase sexual stamina with reducing stress. It also aids as it boosts the immune system. Magnesium deficiency decreases the quantities of oxygen that are delivered to muscle tissues. We can say that magnesium is important as it promotes endurance and muscle strength while also aiding the woman to relax. This mineral activates crucial enzymes that are important in the metabolism of amino acids and carbohydrates.

Talking strictly about vitamins for women sex drive, vitamin E is the one that is responsible for supplying the sex organs with the needed quantities of oxygen. Combine this with the fact that some B vitamins (including B6 and niacin) will aid the women to reach orgasm while improving sexual stamina and we can understand why they are highly important when talking about women sex drive. Vitamin B6 controls elevated prolactin, which is responsible for reduced libido in some cases. B6 will also monitor the balance between progesterone and estrogen and supports hormone balance. Niacin is recommended 30 minutes before sexual activity as it can enhance sexual flush and it can aid in intensifying the woman’s orgasm.

Never forget that a well balanced diet is also crucial for women sex drive. If the diet is bad and lacking needed nutrients you have no chance to get back your drive with dietary supplements, even if they are designed for women sex drive. Vitamins and minerals need to come mostly for food and supplements are designed to provide that little extra that can make a difference.
