Everybody needs vitamins in order to have the good health we all want. When talking strictly about women, there are some differences that need to be discussed and they are usually deficient in one or more vitamins. B Complex vitamins for women are very important as they aid in the creation of a balanced homocysteine level in blood. This basically means that B vitamins protect artery walls and are highly important when talking about having a healthy heart.
Vitamin C is of course an essential vitamin for both men and women as it helps in keeping skin healthy and looking good while reducing the risk of loss of cartilage. It is one of the most important vitamins out there and we recommend that you take it in connection with another antioxidant, vitamin E, for the best possible effect.
