Recommended Vitamins for Women
We are living a hectic life that can not have a positive impact on us and our bodies do need reinforcements in order to keep working properly and to stay looking young for as long as possible. This translates in the fact that we need minerals and vitamins. When they are not present in needed quantities problems are bound to appear and we can end up with diseases and conditions that could have been avoided if we were careful. Just picture a car. It can not work without gas or oil, can it? The same goes for any woman out there. The body can not work without vitamins and minerals.
There is a high possibility that you are not getting enough quantities of one or more vitamins in your diet. This has a much bigger chance of happening if you want to lose some pounds. Low levels of minerals and vitamins will eventually lead to slow healing, susceptibility to infection, chronic fatigue and a decreased mental capacity. Any woman that wants to look and feel good will have to take in the required quantities of some essential recommended vitamins for women.
Our body is actually an extremely complex system that shows hundreds of chemical reactions happening every single day. As with any reaction, the ones that happen inside our bodies have a need for catalysts in order to happen. We can consider vitamins to be the body’s catalyst and each of them has a given function. If the quantity of one vitamin is too low some vital body functions will be compromised. This is why it is so important for women to reach those daily requirements for vitamin intake.
We basically have 13 essential vitamins that are recommended for both men and women with some focus on few of them that are more important for women. First off we need to mention vitamin C. Whenever something appears and we talk about vitamins and the human body, vitamin C is sure to be put in the mix due to the antioxidant properties and the fact that it does strengthen the immune system. All B complex vitamins also need to be included in the diet of every woman, with a special accent on folic acid and they do need to be taken on a daily basis due to the fact that they are water soluble vitamins. This basically means that your body will eliminate the extras on a daily basis so intake is required daily. Always remember about fat soluble vitamins (vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E and vitamin K) due to their properties of regulating various metabolic processes. These types of vitamins can be stored to some degree in our bodies so daily intake is not always necessary although recommended at minimum required dosage.
Never forget about another recommended vitamin for women, vitamin X. Although this is not something that exists, it is the name given by some specialists to exercise, a key element that is sometimes forgotten by most women.
