Peach Health Benefits

Scarce in calories, these fruits can be consumed at discretion even by persons that care for their silhouette or wish to lose weight.

They are energizing, they are excellent hydrators (85% of their content is water), they stimulate appetite and the secretion of gastric juices and they have diuretic properties. If you wish to regulate the activity of your kidneys and liver, eat 3 – 4 peaches in the morning, instead of breakfast, for a few days in a row. The fibers enclosed by these fruits are very well tore\rated by our digestive system, this is why they are recommended even to very young children. Regularly consuming peaches help those that suffer from urinary problems, rheumatism and thyroidal problems. Because of the substances they contain, they have the gift of protecting the nervous cell and of maintaining the balance of the nervous system; this is why they are recommended in nervous affections.

The anti wrinkle peach diet

Biochemist researches showed that in peach pulp we can find numerous substances that can regenerate skin tissue, and this caused the fruit to get used both in diets that aim to maintain the glandular health and in diets that can prevent and eliminate wrinkling. The active substances in peaches do not act directly on the skin. They interact with the secretion of certain hormones in our brain, witch raise the efficiency of nervous system control over certain process that occur at skin level. Researchers estimate that a daily consumption of about 300 350 grams of peach pulp for 45 days can reduce the speed of wrinkling processes with 65 percent. The anti wrinkling diet is set for age levels as follows.

From 15 to 22 years
The diet must be associated with a scarce diet in condiments and hot elements. Consistent aliments are recommended, but in very low quantities. You will eat daily about 200 grams of peach, before lunch. The liquid consumption in the morning is also very important, and at least one liter of water must be drunk before lunch.

From 23 to 35 years
You need a diet based on aliments that contain lots of amino acids, meaning animal proteins, especially from well boiled soups. The essential amino acids absorption stimulates the absorption of active elements from peach pulp, which have a positive effect over skin regeneration. You will need to eat 300 grams of peaches a day, 200 grams before lunch and 100 grams after dinner.

From 36 to 60 years
Just like the category above, this age group needs a diet rich in amino acids. The quantity of peaches must be raised to about 500 grams a day for 45 days. If you are overweight, it’s recommended to substitute dinner with 3 to 4 peaches. You must drink lots of liquids, especially mornings and before going to bed. During the peach diet, the liquid consumption must reach about 2.5 liter a day, and drinks that contain caffeine must be avoided.
