Cherry Diet
This fleshy fruit seems as if it has been offered by nature simply for the pleasure of tasting its juicy pulp. But researches show that the cherry has a strong detoxifying and depurative effect that is recommended to people suffering from rheumatism, constipation or to those that have kidney lithiasis.
If you follow a strict cherry diet you can obtain remarkable results. There are two known ways to follow the treatment: the small cure and the exclusive diet.
The small cure is a permanent cure and it lasts longer in time than the exclusive diet. It involves the consumption of cherry at given daily moments. In the morning, before eating anything else, one will start with a minimum doze of 100 grams of cherries. The doze is progressively raised until we reach a half a kilo doze at the end of the third week. From the moment the doze measures 300 grams, it will be equally spread into three dozes that must be consumed before lunch, and until lunch no other food will be eaten. While sticking to this cherry diet you must not eat too many fats, sugars or drink alcohol. Easy to digest lunches and dinners are welcomed in order to ensure this natural therapy has the expected results.
The exclusive diet can be kept for no more than three or four days, time in witch you will be eating only cherries. This diet can be resumed every month. Between doses it’s recommended to drink only mineral water. The recommended daily cherry quantity varies from two to three kilos. But the absorption capacity of each person is not equal and the fruit quantity must be divided in many doses during the day, for a better assimilation.
An exclusive diet always asks in the beginning for extreme prudence, for a progressive growth in quantities in order to try and eliminate the risk of certain digestive imbalances. Te reason is easy to understand: an organism accustomed to a nutritional imbalance can react violently to a new nutrition method.
The cherry diet is also recommended to people suffering from liver disease because it regulates the liver function. De - mineralized persons can also benefit from this diet, or people that experience advanced tiredness levels, anemic, kids with growth deficits or people suffering from nervous affections, because medicine recognizes the sedative effect of these fruits.
Cherries are rich in pro vitamin A, and they improve sight and maintain tissues. Staring around 40, some people can suffer from early aging; through its rebalancing action over the sanguine Ph factor, the cherry can attenuate these conditions.
