Protein Activity

Most proteins have a certain defined role in our body. The largest part of them acquires the role of an enzyme. They act independently and are named protein enzymes or together with coenzymes and are called neo-protein enzymes.

The enzyme that hydrolyzes the RNA is formed of over 120 amino acids, some of with determine the formation of proteins found later under the form of pancreatic enzymes. These enzymes have the role of hydrolyzing the connection between different acids and molecules, allowing our bodily functions to evolve and run as they are supposed to.

The protein activity includes the transport of water molecules to cells. When they form enzymes, they are given information to travel by this means along with water molecules to certain cells that need hydrolyzing. The enzyme gives away the water molecule then it reacts with another water molecule transported by our body in order to renew itself. Enzymes are not destroyed when they accomplish their purpose, therefore they are powerful components that can grow in numbers and help our immune system, but it all depends on the quality of the protein activity, given directly by the proteins we eat and produce.

Proteins that do not form enzymes are used in growth functions and some of them form other more complex molecules that conduct various tasks such as: repopulating blood cells, ensuring respiratory functions, prolonging the life of neurons and keeping in line the breeding of reproductive cells. Bigger protein formations are used for transport. They transport various essential ingredients to all body cells, that is why protein activity is complex and demanding and all this calls for a great number of proteins ready to carry out all these tasks.

Protein activity is at its max when we make a substantial physical effort, may it be moving furniture, walking our dog, building a tree house for our kids or simply jogging or going to the gym for our daily workout. All proteins produced by the main amino acids that define humans are used in these situations to cover and sustain the increased need for oxygen and water of every cell. Physical effort will cause fatigue and respiratory difficulties if the right amount of proteins is not available to counter the effect of this entire struggle. Certain increases in resistance can be obtained over time, once our body gets accustomed with the daily program, but if the protein amount is still low, future medical problems can be fought; this is why we must supplement our daily protein diets when we know we must sustain a considerable effort.
