Inositol and St. John’s Wort

“St. Johns Wort and Inositol” is herbal medicine which is useful in the treatment of Moods disorder. As the herbal medicines are always known for their quality this also works with the same quality as you might expect. The technique of using age old medicines in a modern way is nowadays increasing and in that way this “St. John’s Wort and Inositol” herbal medicine is prepared. This is a medicine used to get away from depression prepared in an effective way and it is less toxic in nature when compared to other prescribed medicines.

Whereas Inositol is an isomer of glucose and it is nowadays used as a vitamin medicine which is preferred by many who are all deficient of those vitamins. This helps in functioning of the cell membrane at high effectiveness and makes the surrounding healthier. This is mainly because the intake of Inositol makes a person to develop their cell membrane, which in turn helps developing their cells and tissues. These tissues and cells make the person work properly only when it is functioned properly and to make it work properly you have to take food rich with vitamins and minerals.

This Inositol is used as a key intermediate of the messenger system, which appears to be second and it is used by numerous serotonergic, cholinergic and nor adrenergic receptors in the brain.

The clinical research has made a conclusion that this Inositol is an effective, good and harmless alternative to antidepressant medicine. This especially treats depression and obsessive compulsive disorder and also helps in managing it. This is very popular among depressed people as this is the main medicine which helps them to cure their obsessive and depressive disorders. Also, because of the absence of side effects, this medicine is prescribed by many physicians and being used by people who got affected by any specific mood disorders.

As both of the medicines are derived from herbals the result of using this turns to be fruitful for affected people. This St. John’s Wort is made from the golden yellow flowering tops of the perennial medical plant. The leaves of this plant take the shape of oval and mostly covered in black glands.

The ingredients of the Wort medicine are napthadianthrones, hypericin, pseudohypericin, phloroglucinal and hyperforin. All these make the medicine more powerful and help to cure the disorders.

Because of all the above qualities Inositol and St. Johns Wort are becoming common among people who are suffering with the mood disorders.
