Well, after a gout attack, you can consult to the doctor first about any possible medication to take. The doctor should have prepared the suitable prescription for your condition. However, do not hesitate to ask about detailed explanation, possibility of other complications, alternative medications, useful supplements, or others. Your doctor should know whatever you take to cure gout. You can look for information about dietary supplements, vitamins, alternative gout cures, and other medicines on the Internet. Make sure you get the information from trusted resources. Then, check carefully for the ingredients, serving size, percentage of composition, dosage, certification, and side effects. Even after doing that, tell your doctor about the treatment and find out if it will not cause any counteraction or complication with the prescribed drugs.

The second step is not less important. It is about eating habit and life style. Bad eating habit contributes a lot to gout.
