Raspberry Tea

The raspberry is one of the plants that get used more and more frequently in the pharmaceutical industry and especially in natural therapies. Raspberry leaves and fruits can cat directly and indirectly onto skin structures, reducing the wrinkling processes.

In the dried dust obtained from raspberry fruits and leaves we can find a series of minerals like: calcium, magnesium, zinc, and potassium and the vitamins A, C, E, the B complex, D and P as well as some specific chemical substances that can influence the speed of skin wrinkling. The discovered process revolutionized many biological concepts about skin wrinkling that used to be considered a hard to control process. We must mention that the raspberry tea does not only stop new wrinkles from appearing but also acts on the present wrinkles trying to significantly reduce them.

Another discovery that belongs to British researchers proves that there is a hormonal effect triggered by raspberry properties that affects wrinkling processes. The periodic consumption of raspberry tea increases the action of ovary hormones against skin wrinkling. At the same time, its anti-hemorrhagic effects, like reducing the bleeding in menstruation is benefic for the process of skin tissue regeneration. Intense bleeding during menstruation determinates the reabsorbing of some toxins that hurry skin aging, therefore hurry wrinkling.

For an anti- wrinkling diet you can use any commercial form of raspberry tea that contains dried powder obtained from raspberry leaves and fruits. The diet must last for at least 45 days and at most 4 months of daily use. To prepare the tea for this diet you boil the water and add just a little bit of salt. When the water is boiling, put in 2 spoonfuls of tea then let it boil some more for 2 minutes. Take it off the stove and cover it for a small infusion. After 5 minutes take off the cover and add sugar to taste.

Drink the tea in a certain way. The first cup will be drunk in the morning after breakfast, and then sip a bitter liquid, as coffee without sugar. Then, with half hour before lunch drink about 70 milliliters of raspberry tea with no sugar added then eat an apple or any other fruit rich in vitamin C that tastes a bit sour. The last portion of raspberry tea of the day is the one that must be drank after dinner, just before going to bed. The tea must be warm, and sweetened to taste. Do not drink more than 100 milliliters before bed because it can cause digestive malfunctions. In total, you must drink a maximum of 350 – 400 milliliters of raspberry tea a day.
